A work habit of G in regards to the first point of respecting.
Valuing individuality and free expression I also think I am a G in this case.
There haven't been a lot of chances in where we have been out, however with the elementary kids shoreline cleanup I feel I did my best to make it a positive and safe environment for the little guys and myself. So in this case I think I'm a G as we'll.
This fourth point is a little confusing to me, one big word too many, but I think in this case I would be with a work habit of a S. Only because it is the start of the year and I'm still watching my footing. The corn picking for food bank was very enjoyable!
Providing others with similar opportunities has happened a little so far and I think I have done a good job with it. So at the current moment I think I deserve a G in this case as well.
